Evana Patterson, head2heels Director has worked in the beauty industry for 16 years.

Evana is an Award Winning Makeup Artist, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and completed her studies in Sports Performance Nutrition at Auckland’s AUT - Akoranga. She is currently studying towards a Diploma in Life Coaching (graduating August 2016).  

For the past 16+ years, Evana has always been a strong advocate for the empowerment of women.

Her extensive career in the New Zealand modelling and beauty pageant industry had her both in front of the camera as a model, actress and TV presenter, as well as working behind the scenes, as a Makeup Artist, Model Competition Judge, Agency Booker, Scout, Manager, Coach and Show Choreographer, Event Manager and in 2013, the Associate Director of Miss Universe New Zealand.

"Over the past several years I have been stunned by the amount of women whom I have encountered, who suffer from low self-esteem, are self-conscious and have been affected by bullying and other forms of abuse. All of these things (whether consciously or subconsciously), deeply affect an individual in all aspects of life. I want to change that.

I want to give women the boost that they all deserve and the ability to go out and take on the world, confident, strong, and determined. head2heels is a platform where myself and my team can inspire and guide women on both a personal and professional level, and that is all the motivation that I need."

After years of juggling all of her passions within the industry, Evana realised there was a market for training workshops. head2heels came to life in September 2014.
